Northern Liberties Renovation
These two side-by-side Trinity rowhomes were purchased together as a major renovation project. The properties were unlivable and had suffered significant water and termite damage. Decades earlier, a previous owner had unsuccessfully attempted to combine the two homes into one, so the project began by restoring them to their original configuration as two separate residences.

The renovation included bringing in new electric, gas, water, and sewer services and repairing all of the structural and water-related damage. The original floors were carefully repaired and refinished, preserving the historic character of the homes. The layouts were also reimagined, transforming each property from a two-bedroom, one-bath home into a more functional two-bedroom, two-bath residence.

Both homes received new HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and roofs. Once the renovations were complete, the properties were thoughtfully furnished and converted into comfortable medium-term rentals, combining historic Philadelphia character with modern functionality and amenities.
