East Falls Renovation
This property was purchased as a full-scale renovation and flip after being found in unlivable condition with structural damage. The home was taken down to the studs, and every system was replaced, including the plumbing, electrical, two HVAC systems, and roof. Star bolts were also added to reinforce the façade.

The goal was to create a home with modern systems and finishes while preserving the character and charm of a classic Philadelphia rowhome. The original vestibule, staircase, mantels, and living room pocket door were carefully preserved, while everything else was thoughtfully rebuilt.

Originally configured as a six-bedroom, one-bathroom home, the property was redesigned into a more functional four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layout, including a convenient second-floor laundry room. The result is a home that combines historic Philadelphia character with the comfort, efficiency, and functionality of a nearly brand-new house.
